Hi everybody.
I am trying to translate a book which deals with the growth of a particular kind of pumpkin.
I can not translate Drench-broadcast. I think that the meaning of this is something related to soil drench but I have not any further information about it.
Could anybody tell me the translation?

Cryptic, but it could relate to planting instuctions:

drench (the soil) - broadcast (the seeds)
inzuppare (il suolo) - spargere (i semi)

Hi neuromatico, thank you for your reply. I think your translation is correct, as I found "drench-broadcast" in a feeding schedule.
