dudosa cardiomegalia

Hi there everyone,

I'd like some advice about the correct translation of 'dudosa' in the context of a scan finding.

"Pacient de 98 años con probable cardiopatía isquémica. IRM de tórax con dudosa cardiomegalia. Tensión arterial 150/90. Frecuencia cardiaca 72 lm."

What does it suggest here? Is it the finding is not for certain, or does it mean more 'menacing'? Or something else?

Many thanks!

I would translate it as "possible, but doubtful, cardiomegaly." Or "questionable cardiomegaly."
