Which word would be suitable for the blank, during, in, or for?
I'm visiting London ___ the spring holidays.

I'm not sure about the difference of the three words.

    Any of the three would be fine, Hirashin.

    During - in the course of.
    In - at some time during.
    For - suggests that the London visit is the main way you'll be spending the holidays.
