dynamic top executives

Hi everyone/Bonjours à tout le monde,

je suis en traine de traduire une phrase de l'anglais qui ne semble pas trop compliquée, mais elle m'embête un peu quand même :) :

The airline they'd bought only needed dynamic top executives to reverse their last year's losses of twenty million.

Pourrait-on dire "gérants (ou cadres commerciaux) dynamiques"? et comment traduire bien "top" et "reverse" dans ce contexte-là?

    "des cadres dynamiques de haut vol" (that's even funny, talking about an airline :) )

    if you prefer to avoid the play on words, go for "de haut rang" instead

    Thank you Boterham, it sounds nice,- I do prefer your second version, really to avoid some airline allusions! :)

    What so you think about translating of "reverse" as "rembourser, rembouresement"? What sense in English does it have here?
