I understand what the sentence means but I want to know what is the grammatical term to explain the bold part and the rule of when I can write in that way, and could you write down similar examples as well?

    It’s called a participle clause.
    My feet, (which were) bruised and blistered from the long walk, could no longer carry my big fat body.
