easily accessible <by / to > children

I wrote the one below myself.

There are, for instance, Youtube, Skype, etc, which are easily accessible by children.

Q1. If children use Youtube, Skype, etc, "accessible by" or "accessible to", which one is correct?

They're both correct, with little difference. If there is a difference, 'by' has a stronger sense that children are looking to use it. For example, pornography might be accessible to children if they might see it just by clicking around; that doesn't mean they were looking for it. But this is not a strong difference.
