Children eat chacolates with interest/passion/fondness.
What is the most apt word in the place of interest or passion or fondness?

This word is used when a child/animal/person eats a particular edible with a lot of love for it? In fact they die for it. For example, cows eat fresh green grass with a lot of love.

There are many words that can replace those -- delight and pleasure and glee come to mind. We don't do lists here (except the one I just did), so you should probably check a thesaurus and then ask again if you have any questions.

Straying into off-topic pastureland -- and watching my step every foot of the way -- I would suggest that cows eat green grass to stay alive.
