Eenmanszaak

I saw this word in a Business Register extract from the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce. The context was Legal form: Eenmanszaak.

The country is Holland

I need an exact explanation of the word and, if possible, the translation into spanish.

Thank you, but do you know if it is Company or is a personal buisiness, like "autónomo" in spanish.

Eenmanszaak means the owner works for himself and is legally accountable for debts
A besloten vennootschap(b.v) is like a company so legally only the company and not the owners can be hold accountable for debt
