How can I say the following in English? It is a noun.

    Pylon is the standard word for it, I think. Or electricity pylon, though 'pylon' almost always means one of these for electricity. An electricity pole would be a wooden pole in a suburban street, carrying the wires and allowing wires to go towards houses, in those places where electricity is still carried above-ground.
