    Bonsoir, j'ai un devoir d'Anglais qui consiste à traduire du français à anglais la phrase suivante :
    Elle a fini par réussir son examen.

    Voici mon essai :
    She has finally passed her exam.

    Just as it is, I think that, here, you should use the preterit, not the present perfect
    "She finally passed her exam"

    passed/ has passed-- both can be correct; it just depends on the context of the sentence
