English to Czech Emily was surprised how many small difficulties she had to reckon with as a new mother.

Emily byla překvapená, s kolika malými komplikacemi musí jako novopečená matka počítat.

Pod jakým heslem? "Reckon with", ač přijatelné, je spíš čechismus - viz Ngram. Under which dictionary entry? "Reckon with", though acceptable, sounds more like a Czechism here - see the Ngram.

More natural in English in this context are face, deal with, cope with, contend with, address, face up to, manage, etc.
