Je me suis lancé dans une phrase mais je n'arrive pas à trouver la tournure correcte en anglais, pourtant c'est une jolie phrase. La version française :

Nous devrions faire tout notre possible pour afin d'éviter ce que beaucoup considèrent comme inévitable bien avant que ces choses n'arrivent.

Ma superbe traduction en anglais :

:arrow: We should do everything possible to avoid what is for many ineluctable long before they happen.

Je suis ouvert à toute suggestion pour améliorer cette traduction de mon cru :)

    why not 'we should do everything in our power to prevent what many consider ineluctable long before it has actually happended'

    Agree with Chloe99. Remember to break the sentence up with commas as well "...to avoid what is, for many, unavoidable, long before it happens". We like our commas and otherwise the sentence looks like gobbledegook.
