    Hi everybody,

How would you translate "to think and feel like..." in Italian?

This is the complete sentence: In any event, the net result of these rights and responsibilities is employees who think and feel rather differently about their work than most.

My idea was to translate it as: dipendenti che concepiscono e vivono il loro lavoro...

but I'm interest in the term "to think and feel like...somebody?"

    Thanks!

    I'm puzzled

To think and feel like does not appear in the original sentence, which says "...think and feel (...) about".

    Exactly what is your question?

I think your attempt is good, I'm not sure about "than most": "il risultato netto di questa [assegnazione] di diritti e responsabilita' e' [avere] impiegati che concepiscono e vivono il loro lavoro in maniera alquanto differente dalla norma (?)".
