Hi all,

I´m witting a paragraph where I want to explain different modes of delivering different products. My question is whether is more appropriate to use "In the case of" or "with regard to" o other expresión. Here my attempt:

Option 1: "In the case of product A you should send by email a request, in the case of product B you should send a certified mail request"
Option 2: "With regard to product A you should send by email a request, with regard to product B you should send a certified mail request"
Option 3: "For product A you should send by email a request, for product B you should send a certified mail request"

Wich one is more appropriate, formal, correct for a formal document?

What are the nuances between one expression or the other?

Thank you

If you wish to purchase product A , please send a request per e-mail.
If you want to purchase product B, you need to send the request/order by certified mail.

    I like Magazine's sentences.
    Or simply write,

For product A, send your request by e-mail.
For product B, send your request by certified mail.

This keeps the sentences simple and parallel.

"In the case of" or "With regard to", both sound too bureaucratic or technical.
    Keep it simple.

I understand for "with regard to" "con respecto a". So, "Con respecto al producto A", sound old fashioned.
