Good afternoon! Would anyone be willing to help me with the translation of "en la vìa y format pertinentes" in the following text, which comes from a legal contract? Thank you!
En el supuesto de incumplimiento por parte del “PROVEEDOR” a cualquiera de sus obligaciones pactadas en el presente Contrato o en sus anexos (incluidos sus empleados o terceros contratados por el “PROVEEDOR” de cualquier forma, previa autorización), o de sus obligaciones según lo establecido en la presente cláusula, el “PROVEEDOR”se hará acreedor a lo establecido en la cláusula denominada TERMINACIÓN ANTICIPADA del presente Contrato, independientemente de las penalizaciones, así como de las acciones legales que en la vía y forma pertinentes “EL CLIENTE” tenga derecho a ejercitar en contra del “PROVEEDOR”, para obtener el pago de los daños y perjuicios que le causen tales incumplimientos.

In the event of a breach by the “PROVIDER” of any of its obligations agreed upon in this Contract or in its addendums (including employees or third parties hired by the “PROVIDER” in any way, with prior authorization), or of its obligations as set forth in this clause, the “PROVIDER” shall be entitled to the provisions of the clause entitled EARLY TERMINATION of this Contract, regardless of the penalties, as well as the legal actions that the “CLIENT” is entitled to exercise against the “PROVIDER” in the appropriate way and manner, to obtain the payment of the damage caused by such non-compliance.
