When talking about flights and airports, would it be correct to express in English "on the ground and on board" for the Spanish expression "en tierra y a bordo?

Thank You

Ye-e-s, that's perfectly understandable, but it depends a bit on the wider context. For example, 'in the airport buildings and on board' might be better in some circumstances?

Thanks for your concern. Well, the text is related to the services an airline can offer "en tierra y a bordo."

Thanks bushwacker, as always, more context helps. Yes, in this case 'on the ground and on board' is fine. You could say 'on the ground and in the air' to get a sort of balancing effect.
