Hello,
I have a doubt about how to conjuguate "wish" in the following sentence:
They will conduct detailed interviews with the victim, the party at fault, their respective superiors and any other witnesses or persons who wish to be heard.
➝ does the verb agree with "witnesses" or "persons" ➝ so it's "wish"
➝ does it agree with "who" so it's "wishes".
Word's automatic correction is fine with both, so I got confused.
