entering a leaving fluid thermistors before welding

Welding is not recommended in the cooler heads or nozzles. In the event that welding must be performed, remove the chilled water flow switch and entering a leaving fluid thermistors before welding.

This is from an air-cooled chiller manual.

I don't really get what the underlined part says. Grammatically, it doesn't seem correct.
Could you make a guess?

Are there two thermistors? If so, it might be:

Remove the chilled water flow switch and entering and leaving fluid thermistors before welding.
[i.e. the entering fluid thermistor and the leaving fluid thermistor.]

That would explain the plural form 'thermistors.'

I would say yes. As an example, in this PDF on page 4, I found there are six thermistors in that particular air-cooled chiller, with the first two (in a table on page 4) under "Thermistor Input" being "Cooler Leaving Fluid" and "Cooler Entering Fluid."

So Cagey has it, in my opinion. (And thanks for the nudge.) :)
