What is entry of judgement below thant he consents to: court's decision or record of proceedings?

The Defending Warrantor may consent to the entry of any judgment or enter into any settlement without XXX’s consent if the judgment or proposed settlement involves only the payment of monetary damages for which the Defending Warrantor is liable hereunder and does not impose an injunction or other equitable relief, or involve any measure imposed by or agreed with a Governmental Authority, upon XXX or the relevant Group Company or Other Subsidiary for which the consent of the non-Defending Warrantor shall be required (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

Thanks for your replies!

My guess would be a recording of the decision, but you'll probably need a lawyer to explain this. I can't tell what sort of English it is, since you forgot to give the source (as required); your thread title uses the UK spelling ("judgement"), but the text uses the US spelling judgment.
