Estonian: esiots

I'm not native Estonian speaker but I try to guess. It might be a compound word:

In many cases esi = front
ots = gable (of a house)

Thus esiots could be front gable.

Does this fit to the context?

(Note: This is just a guess.)

I checked several Estonian web sites and it seems that Dr. Watson is right: in many cases esiots could be translated front end. For example (Audi Club forum): Lähed kuhugile liiva sisse "quattro efekti" tegema ja lõpuks jääd ikka põhja peale kinni, kuna esiots on madal ja raske, ning tagurdades on põhjakinnitused jälle läinud.
