¿Cuál es la diferencia en vasco entre anaia y neba, que supuestamente significan hermano y ahizpa y arreba, que significan hermana?

What's the difference between anaia and neba, which both mean brother, and ahizpa and arreba, which both mean sister?

Neba: hermano con respecto a una mujer.
Ahizpa: hermana respecto a una mujer.
