Hi everybody and Merry Christmas,

Question: can ever be used together with present tense.

Is it correct to ask: Does someone ever come to visit you?

Thank you for your answers.

"Ever" is fine, but the question requires "anyone" instead of "someone" (unless someone stands for a named person: "Does Sarah ever come to visit you?").
