Suppose, I have a friend and we really enjoy chatting/gossiping all the time than any other friends of ours. So, what are some native expressions to say this?

Well, we used to call this a "hen party" but that is probably politically incorrect (it refers to women gossiping).

Also a kaffeeklatsch was gossiping over coffee or other snacks and beverages (usually at someone's home).

If the gossiping is between two male friends not only confined in the home but also outside the home (at the campus, at the party, on Whatsapp or Messenger).... what is the suitable expression the Americans use? Is "bosom buddy" can be used?

Traditionally, in the USA, gossiping has been attributed to women. Men were too manly to be bothered with such nonsense.

Whether there was ever any truth to that, I cannot say. But growing up, girls gossip; men talk shop.
