From what I have found, exasperate means to 'irritate or infuriate someone'. But I don't understand how it's used in the following sentence, " I'm prone to yeast infections and find many of the lubricants on the market exasperate the problem."

Is there any other meaning of this word or am I missing something?

Thank you everyone. It must have been exacerbate.
I cannot guarantee the credibility of this sentence as it was written by some random person in the website YA.
