Hello, my friends,

I was wondering whether the underlined part is idiomatic:

"He is doing executive/administrative work in this college."

Thoughts and context: I am explain someone's work in the college which is deal with emails and help the dean with the regular work. It is not a high position like dean. I was wondering what we describe this job that is different from teaching.

Administrative work is probably okay. It seems like you are describing more of an office job with secretary work. :)

Administrative work and executive work are two completely different things. Only administrative work is idiomatic, which is lucky, because your limited description seems to match this.
