Hi! We expect Jack to come. Could one say "We expect when he will come"?
Also, if we expect the hot water to be given by the the utility services could one say, "We are expecting when the utility services will give the hot water"?
OR "We are expecting when the hot water will run from the tap"

No, we wouldn't use "will" with "expect" in that way.

You could say "We expect that he will come tomorrow" and be grammatically correct, but it's a cumbersome way of saying what we would usually phrase as "We expect him tomorrow" or "We expect him to come tomorrow."

I think I should use some other verb that is close in meaning with "expect".
We are waiting when the hot water will run from the tap. OR maybe
We are waiting for when the hot water will run from the tap.

"We are waiting when the hot water will run from the tap." is not correct, either. You are trying to use "when" in a way in which we don't use it.

"We are waiting for the day when hot water will run from the tap" is possible in a rather high-flown literary style.

The short way of saying it is
-We expect hot water to run from the tap.
-We expect them to give water.
-We are waiting hot water. (we know that it must be given)
-We are waiting for hot water.

We are awaiting hot water from under the tap. :cross:
We are awaiting hot water from the tap. :tick::confused: You don't need to say 'from the tap' as we know that's where water comes from.
We are awaiting hot water. :tick:
