I would know the whether the following sentence is correct:

This strategy can expel the uncertainty of .....

is it right to use verb "expel" with word "uncertainty" ?

    Yes, dispel uncertainty is a more usual collocation. If you say expel uncertainty you create a metaphor likening the uncertainty to a school child expelled from school, foreign criminals expelled from a country, etc.
    Thanks, would anyone explain the exact differences between expel and dispel and provide some examples demonstrating the those differences.
