Good morning,
When talking about a company, shall i use "expenses", "expenditures" or "costs"? They have the same meaning, however I am sure one term is more usual in the business jargon
Besides, what is the contrary (I mean money coming in)? Could "income" fit?
thank you!

I would use expenditure (singular, NOT plural), but in truth the context can have a large impact on which word is used. All three are firmly implanted in business jargon, I think.

The opposite would be income or revenue.
