I'm making a presentation file to explain how we evaluate partner companies.
It's point system and the result will be between -100 to 100.
Starting from 0, high estimated item adds points, and low estimated item decreases points.

Do the lines below explain it ok?
1) Ground point; 0, point added at high estimation, and subtracted at low estimation.
2) Start from point 0, it scores points as it's evaluated superior, and it scores minus points as it's evaluated inferior.
It doesn't sound right...but I don't know how to explain this...please help!

We really need the whole sentence.

I would expect something like "... will be evaluated on a scale from 1 to 100."

    Thank you for your reply.
It's company evaluation so we evaluate companies.
The file is to explain its method.
There are 10 categories with particular items.
For instance, we check the quality of your goods in Quality category.
If the goods is good (!??), you score points.
If the goods is bad, it's minus points.
We keep going on checking every categories until complete the scoring.
    We want to explain;
    1. it starts from 0 point (My boss likes to state the obvious)
    2. points will be added if you do good
    3. points will be deducted if you do bad
All these 3 in one sentence.
