Expresia "cumpăr de la noi în continuare"

I've sent my Romanian grandma some topical creams and she's replied with:

"(...) medicamentele am sa le folosesc sa vad daca au efect cumpar de la noi in continuoare va pup pe amndoi pa"

What does she mean by the phrase "cumpăr de la noi în continuare"? Does it mean that she intends to use the creams I sent her and to continue obtaining similar products from Romania? Could it mean something else?

Sorry for a bit silly question. I'm learning Romanian, and my knowledge is very limited so far. Thank you in advance!

The way I read it, you're right. She seems to have conflated two phrases into one: I'll use the creams to see if they work + if they work, I'll keep buying them locally.

Your grandma spelled in "chat" mode. The original message lacks some punctuations:
"(...) medicamentele am sa le folosesc sa vad daca au efect cumpar de la noi in continuoare va pup pe amndoi pa"
should have been spelled:
"(...) medicamentele am să le folosesc ca să văd dacă au efect. (dacă au efect) Cumpăr de la noi în continuare. Vă pup pe amândoi. Pa!"

So your understanding is correct.
