A Powerpoint presentation describing the characteristics of a new wax-oil product.

Sources on here and on line suggest 'dry extract' (obviously) and 'dry matter', but not in this context.
I read something about this dry matter referring to non-volatile substances, which I suppose would be relevant, but I'd like to understand what I'm translating.

Can anyone help?

EDIT: I'm getting sloppy...
Termium gives this (under the category of paints and varnishes):
  • nonvolatile matter
DEF – The residue obtained by evaporation under specified conditions of tests. [Definition standardized by ISO.]
