Dear forum users, again little help needed. Taken from the series Smallville, season 6.

Man and women comes back from the ball and there are dialogue.

W: This is definitely a night of firsts.
M: How's that?
W: Well, it's the first time I've ever danced in my extremely pretentious fountain. And it's the first time I've ever felt this satisfied.

In reality there are not scene where they dancing in the fountain and I can not understand how the fountain can be "extremely pretentious"?
