Je voudrais dire " J'ai aquis la capacité de facilement m'adapter "
"Thanks to these opportunities, I aquired the capacity to easily deal with new organizationnal schemes and to adapt fluently. "

I don't know if " to adapt " means " s'adapter " en parlant d'une personne, or if it means " adapter qlqch a qlqch"

    To adapt can have either meaning. Fluently does not fit well here; smoothly might suit you.

    Note spelling: acquire, organizational
    Capacity
    in English is more often used to mean available space, so I'd choose ability.
