No estoy muy seguro del orden y de la traducción de la siguiente expresión:

Para efectos de reembolso, la persona trabajadora presentará facturas **contablemente admisibles** a su nombre o de beneficiario/a, adjuntando documentos de soporte tales como recetas médicas firmada y sellada por el médico o empresa médica. Estos documentos se anexan al formato de solicitud correspondiente

For reimbursement purposes, the employee must submit invoices to his/her name or to the name of his/her dependent, attaching supporting documents such as medical prescriptions signed and sealed by the physician or health care company. These documents will be attached to the appropriate request form.

    In the US, expense reporting and reimbursement is governed by “Generally Accepted Accounting Principles”, also known as GAAP, as being the required norm for financial statement and tax reporting. It looks like the context calls for an accounting norm or standard with respect to the documentation being submitted for expense reimbursement.

    you may want to use: “ invoices subject to accepted accounting standards (or principles)....”
