I know 'Faire valoir' means "exploit", "emphasize", "put forth" , depending on the context where it is used,
Actually, I'm a little bit puzzled not knowing what to choose...in the context above.

In this context, Does 'fait valoir' signify "emphasize, or what else??

MERCI D'AVANCE

Probably here 'assert', although 'put forth' and 'put forward' are also strong possibilities if the tone is intended to be a little more passive.

It's basically about the concept of making their point of view heard, pushing it out in front of others so that it gets noticed.

    hello,

cropj jnr is right, here it may be "make sure that other people know what's our idea and how good it is" or "impose"
