Here's a medical one for you all. Does this sound like a poetic Italian way of saying "breathlessness" or "difficulty breathing"?

This term comes from a list of side effects of a drug. There is unfortunately no full sentence. I have assumed it means "breathlessness" or "difficulty breathing". Thank you!

Well, the literal "air hunger" is common in AE, but for a list of side effects, I'd vote for "shortness of breath" or "SOB" as we say in short form.:)
