It is maybe the name of a shop ??? Anyway, I don't see any translation for "fanette", except that it is a first name for a girl

Continuing with today's Jacques Brel binge...he has a song entitled 'La Fanette'...it would seem very strange to make a definite article out of a proper noun....no?

Can anyone else perhaps embellish on what maybe has some colloquial or implied meaning about this specific girls name? Merci!
