farina semolata di tipo granito

Hi all,
I'm translating a recipe and it calls for:

farina semolata di tipo granito

Is this the same as farina tipo 0? I would guess that it is a roughly ground flour, but I'm not certain. Any help translating this would be appreciated! (Then whether it can be found in England is another question...)

Ho trovato questo:
La farina di grano tenero prodotta sotto forma di sfarinato granulare è denominata “granito”

Secondo questo è Granito 00.
Purtroppo, non capisco bene di che cosa si tratta
