Hi all,
I'm translating a recipe and it calls for:
farina semolata di tipo granito
Is this the same as farina tipo 0? I would guess that it is a roughly ground flour, but I'm not certain. Any help translating this would be appreciated! (Then whether it can be found in England is another question...)
