Hi,

"For job-seekers who wish to relocate or would like to gain overseas work experience, the Internet may be the only way to find information about relevant non-local positions and submit applications speedily and cost-effectively. "

Can I use "fast" to replace the "speedily"? If not why.

Thank you.

It is interesting: "fast" is an adjective and "cost effectively" is an adverbial phrase. It would, for the sake of parallelism, be better to use "speedily".
