Hi everyone,

I love to go to the seaside in summer. It____ good to lie in the sun or swim in the cool sea.
A. does
B. feels
C. gets
D. makes
Key B

I have no problem with option B, but what about A. I mean something like “ It contributes to one’s health to lie in the sun or swim in the cool sea.” In this situation, could A be possible?

Thank you.

To me, B is the only option.

But you could say 'I love to go to the seaside in summer. It does me good to lie in the sun or swim in the cool sea.' This means it contributes to your health.

And while we are at it, you can use 'makes' by saying "It makes me feel good to ...". But I know that is not what the exercise-setter is looking for.
