Buenos días:

¿Alguien me podría ayudar con la traducción de field HR, por favor? El párrafo trata de una encuesta para que los clientes de Amazon den su feedback sobre el servicio en la página web y este es el segmento:

Note: You can also access the "Always On" survey via the "Field HR" page on RACiNET (Departments > Human Resources > Field HR). Thank you for your feedback.

¿Sería recusros humanos de campo?

Muchas gracias por su ayuda.

This word comes from the terminology of a large corporation which has such a large Human Resources department, that it is further subdivided by type of work activity.

According to theHRspecialist.com field HR is different than corporate HR.

Field HR is tactical and implements day-to-day activities. This person is a generalist and dialogues with individuals.

Corporate HR is strategic and develops long-range policies, directions, and goals. This person is a specialist and dialogues with groups and executives.

Therefore, my attempt at a translation would be:

    HR táctico
