first to bingo

Boyle comes to work and says "Happy Turkey Day", Peralta exclaims "Yes! Right out of the gate!". Boyls aks what's happening and Amy explains to him:
-- We're playing Boyle Bingo, Thanksgiving edition. Everyone filled out their cards with possible Charles [Boyle]-related scenarios. First to bingo gets 100 bucks.
(And that phrase was on a Peralta's card)
Brooklyn Nine-Nine, TV series

Am I right that "bingo" here is a verb? Thanks.

Yes, it is. It means to get five scenarios in a row, out of the 25 on each card: horizontally, vertically or diagonally. That's how one wins in the game of Bingo.
