I haven't seen the movie, pera11, but here's my interpretation of Matt's remark:

    (1) Five hours off the reservation = I have been in flight from wherever I started for five hours
    (2) I show thirty percent drain = The power meter on my jetpack tells me that I have already used thirty percent of the the jetpack's power.

Thanks. But there is one more line that I don't understand.

Please verify that the P-one ATA removal
on replacement cap part one and two are complete.

Movies like this are full of astronaut jargon that no one would have any reason to understand. It makes it sound very scientific like the characters are real rocket scientists. They don't expect people to know what "P-one ATA removal" means.
