Hi. Can you help me to understand or paraphrase this part in bold please?

Do not use the worn tyre, because this kind of tyre is easy to slide or floating slide.

    What is the source of this very strange sentence? It is not good English, in several ways, and was certainly not written by a native speaker. We can only guess at what it writer was thinking of.

    It may mean that a worn tyre (tire, in AE) will hydroplane easily - that is, it will lose traction on a roadway that is covered by water.

    Or it may not.
