Flower scent

Hi, I want to describe flower scents as strong or weak, is it natural? You are in your bedroom but could still smell the scent of the flower in the living room.

1. The flower gives off a heady scent.
2. The flower gives off an aroma.
3. The flower gives off a strong scent.
4. The scent of the flower is strong.

Are these sentences natural?

What is the opposite way to say the sentences no.1 and 2?

For no. 3 and 4, can I replace strong with weak? If not, should I use ‘faint’ scent to mean a bit of smell, not strong.

Thank you.

Too easy! The flower does not give off... in both cases. :)

Since this isn't a weightlifting competition, I wouldn't recommend weak. Use faint.

Heady doesn't mean simply "strong", but "so strong that you feel light-headed, almost drunk".
