fly round right smart

Found in a chapter of a book I am translating, please can anyone tell me what it means? (It's likely that the person speaking has some strong accent or lack of culture, so the spell might not be perfect):

"The girls is clever and fly round right smart"

thanks in advance!

Yep, you're right. It's spoken in a strong accent and/or by a poorly educated person. It means 'the girls are clever and move around quickly' (hard to know without more context whether 'fly' has anything to do with 'flying' – most likely not, but if they are witches or something it could be!)
