Fm st.

Does someone know the meaning of "FM ST."? FM means frequency modulation but I can't find "ST.". (this is written on the right-hand side of my radio beside "AM" and "FM")

Stéréo. FM broadcasts are usually in stereo; though, when the reception is poor, de-activating the "stereo" feature can lead to a better sound (less statics).
