for all these reasons

Hello everybody at the WR forum. I have a doubt with the phrase "for all these reasons", which I would translate to French as "pour tout cettes reasons"; but today, I have listened to the RFI.fr and heard a woman saying "pour tout cettes reasons la"; which one do you think is right and why?
I think that "pour tout cettes reasons la" maybe expresses more the idea as in "for all these reasons here(explained/shown/commented,etc)". Moreover,
"pour tout cettes reasons" sounds unquestionably better in my mother tongue-Spanish- I hope some of you may solve this doubt.

Thanks in advance
