 Hi - PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS

I had a bunch of flowers send to me today, made out in My name and surname and it had my work address on it - something that not a lot of people know, with no name but with a strange message saying : "For not being able to make your pie last Friday" Is there a hidden message in this or is this a saying from a movie?

Please help me as this has been puzzeling me all day

    Hello and welcome, kvaneeden,
I've created a new thread for your question - each new question should be asked in its own thread. Thanks!

    Yes,
The message is that you got someone else's flowers! :)

I'd ring the florist and ask them to check the name and address - especially if you weren't expecting a pie of some sort last Friday.

This fascinating puzzle is not relevant to this forum.
Contact the florist and ask if they made a mistake.
They will (should) refuse to tell you who ordered the flowers, but you could ask.
