Dear all,

I need your help. I don't know if I phrased it in a good way.

The situation is as follows: I am going on one week's holiday and I want a colleague to send me a work schedule for the period after my holiday leave

I don't know if my sentence is fine. Please provide your suggestions.

"Can you send me an e-mail with my work schedule for the period after my holiday now?

Your phrase looks fine to me in that sentence. It doesn't sound particularly smooth, but I can't think of any better way to ask for that information.

You could specify the length of time of the period in question: for the week after, the ten days after, etc.
